Lakeland College is seeking a collaborator to manage international student recruitment throughout Latin America for its International Department. The selected vendor will attend educational fairs, conduct agent training, perform office and school visits, manage multi-channel student communications, and recruit an average of 35 applications per year from Latin America. Eligibility is restricted to Canadian onshore organizations with over 10 years of experience in international student recruitment, established agency connections, and fluent English and Spanish communication skills. Proposals must be submitted via email to [email protected] by 2:00 pm Alberta Time on November 3, 2026. The submission must include a fee proposal identifying all costs, a summary statement of capability, client references, and a conflict-of-interest confirmation. Evaluation criteria cover the fee proposal, documented experience, references, submission quality, and interview presentations if short-listed. The contract term is three years, and performance of the work will take place offsite.
