Janitorial Services at Various MWRD Facilities in Cook and Will Counties

The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago requires a vendor to provide janitorial services across various locations in Chicago, Illinois. The requested scope includes cleaning lobbies, offices, auditoriums, libraries, computer and conference rooms, guard houses, police offices, elevators, crew rooms, convenience areas, lunchrooms, lounges, corridors, stairs, enclosed walkways, locker rooms, showers, washrooms, laboratory rooms, carpets, and upholstered chairs and sofas. Eligible bidders are onshore USA organizations licensed to do business in Illinois with a Best's Credit Rating of A-, Class VII or better. A pre-bid conference takes place on November 3, 2026. Proposals must include a bid deposit in the form of a signed bid bond underwritten by an Illinois-licensed surety, evidence of authority to operate in Illinois, and proof of primary, non-contributory insurance coverage. Proposals cannot be withdrawn after submission, and the buyer is soliciting budget proposals to evaluate pricing.
