Banner Printing, Fabrication, Installation, and Maintenance Services

The buyer requires as-needed banner printing and fabrication services, including the finishing, packaging, and delivery of pole banners, event banners, park and facility banners, yard signs, and related large-format signage. The selected vendor must also provide installation, removal, mounting hardware installation, permitting, sponsorship approval, and maintenance of installed products. Scope items include vertical pole banners, horizontal street-span pole banners, and custom or specialty signage. Eligibility is restricted to USA organizations, and performance will take place onsite or offsite. Vendors must submit all questions no later than November 12, 2026. A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for October 30, 2026. The contract period will run for three years, and the buyer is currently seeking proposals for the budget.
