Senior Managing Underwriter and Co-Managing Underwriter Services for Bond Sales

The Rhode Island Infrastructure Bank is soliciting proposals from qualified onshore USA firms to serve as Senior Managing Underwriter, Co-Managing Underwriter, or both regarding negotiated bond sales and related services. Selected firms will perform offsite work for up to two years, with an option for one additional year. The scope includes document preparation, meeting with rating agencies, developing marketing plans, leading bond sales, assisting with closings, providing post-sale reports, and assisting with financial program analysis.
