Benefits Consultant and Brokerage Services for Newton County Board of Commissioners

The Newton County Board of Commissioners is seeking qualified providers for offsite Benefits Consultant and Brokerage Services. The selected vendor will analyze existing coverage, develop cost-saving benefit strategies, monitor experience trends, provide comparison reports, offer financial projections, and assist employees and retirees with plan selection, disputes, and day-to-day claims troubleshooting. Eligibility is restricted to USA organizations. Applicants must maintain required general liability, auto liability, and workers' compensation insurance, use E-Verify, and complete debarment and addenda certifications. Proposals are seeking budget responses, and the resulting contract period is for one year. Questions must be submitted by November 2, 2026.
