Workforce Development, Education, Training, and Employment Services for Southern Nevada

Workforce Connections is soliciting proposals from qualified entities to provide workforce development, education, training, and employment services for job seekers and businesses in the Southern Nevada Workforce Development Area. Released RFPs cover WIOA Title I Adult, Dislocated Worker, Youth, and One-Stop Operator programs, with program services commencing on July 1, 2027. Work performance will take place onshore and onsite in Nevada. Qualified entities with established and verifiable experience and expertise are eligible to submit proposals. Organizations must attend a Mandatory Bidders' Conference on November 18, 2026, either in person or virtually; virtual attendees must register by 5:00 PM PST on November 17, 2026. Proposals from organizations lacking representation at this mandatory conference will not be accepted.
