Bureau of Land Management Janitorial Services for Caliente Field Office Facilities

The Bureau of Land Management Caliente Field Office requires comprehensive janitorial services for its facilities located in Caliente, Nevada. The required scope includes furnishing all labor, supervision, management, equipment, transportation, quality control, materials, and supplies necessary to perform complete custodial services for the Caliente Field Office Administration Building and the Caliente Fire Station. Tasks involve cleaning exterior entrances, waste removal, floor care, surface dusting and polishing, window cleaning, and restroom maintenance. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA entities. Routine services must be performed outside regular office hours (6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) Monday through Friday, year-round, with specific bi-weekly restroom cleaning at the Fire Station from November 1 through March 31. Selected contractor personnel must submit to fingerprinting and background checks within specified timelines, with the vendor assuming certain associated travel and replacement costs.
