Non-Emergency Transportation Brokerage Services

The Nevada Department of Health and Human Services in Carson, Nevada is seeking a contractor to provide non-emergency transportation brokerage services. The agency needs to ensure that eligible Medicaid recipients have reliable access to non-emergency transportation services delivered by Medicaid-enrolled providers in an appropriate and cost-effective manner. This initiative aims to solve the logistical challenge of coordinating, managing, and reimbursing both non-emergency medical transportation and non-emergency secure behavioral health transportation. The scope of work covers the brokerage of these transportation services at an established risk-based monthly capitation rate.
