Application Development and Support Services

The agency also requires onboarding and offboarding services for enterprise resource planning modules. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The performance of all contracted work will take place offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the project budget and has not disclosed a specific funding limit. The resulting contract will span a period of four years.
