International Group Transportation Services

The government authority located in Concord, New Hampshire, is seeking international group transportation services for the 2026-2027 and 2027-2028 winter operating seasons, spanning December 2026 through April 2028. The agency needs to solve the logistical challenge of transferring students from multiple schools and locations on any given day, including holidays. The selected contractor must manage morning pick-ups between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. and afternoon pick-ups between 1:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. The scope of work requires the capacity to transport a minimum of 15 passengers and a maximum of 200 passengers per school using as few vehicles as possible. The agency will issue Function Sheets one month prior to a group's arrival to specify and confirm the exact number of buses required. Each provided bus must accommodate a maximum of 51 people, and the contractor must deploy the exact number of vehicles requested on the Function Sheets. Eligibility is restricted to onshore bidders located within the United States, and all transportation services must be performed onsite in New Hampshire. The resulting contract will have a duration of one year. The agency is currently seeking proposals to determine the budget, and bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 22, 2026.
