Fuel Management System

The agency is seeking a complete fuel management system to track fuel data and integrate seamlessly with Agile Assets asset management software and PeopleSoft financial system software. The selected contractor must provide all necessary equipment, hardware, software, and sufficient storage to successfully deploy, operate, and support the proposed solution. The system must secure its network using multiple redundant firewalls, anti-virus software, and data encryption for files transferred to and from external users to prevent unauthorized access. The project scope requires the system to collect fuel data and generate highly customized reports based on that data. The contractor must assign a single point of contact and establish a comprehensive communication plan covering top-down, bottom-up, and cross-organizational communications. Ongoing support for the fuel management system must be provided on an as-needed basis. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of the work may take place either onsite or offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a specific funding limit. The agency will host a pre-proposal conference on May 29, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 05, 2026.
