Group Vision Benefits Plan Services

The New York State Unified Court System is seeking a vendor to provide group vision benefits plan services to judges, justices, management confidential and other unrepresented employees, retirees, and their dependents. The agency requires a partner to manage claims processing and maintain a nationwide toll-free number to service program members. All claims processing must be performed within the contiguous United States. The selected provider must implement an integrated system for customer service representatives to log and track all enrollee calls. This system must create a detailed record of each enrollee contact, including the call type and all customer service actions and resolutions. Customer service representatives and supervisors must be available, at a minimum, between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, excluding court-observed legal holidays, and between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM Eastern Time on Saturdays. Eligibility is restricted to United States organizations, and all contracted work must be performed offsite at the vendor's own office location. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for these services. Interested parties must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 3, 2026.
