Public Private Partnership Services for Parking Garage Development

The government authority in Florida is seeking public-private partnership services to develop parking garages. The agency wants to solve its parking infrastructure needs by allowing developers to propose effective development programs, introduce creative design and layout solutions, and structure financing that aligns with their models. The selected partner must identify opportunities to enhance long-term value and provide a high-level conceptual overview of the proposed parking strategy and overall project approach. The scope of work requires parking garages to be located to the rear or side of the primary building so that the primary street frontage holds the principal building, screening the parking structure to the extent possible. All ingress and egress points must be designed to ensure adequate emergency vehicle access to the parking structure. The agency expects the performance of this work to occur offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations only. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to determine the financial structure.
