Comprehensive Pavement Condition Assessment and Pavement Management Plan Services

The City of Forest Park, Georgia, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive pavement condition assessment and pavement management plan services. The agency needs to establish a systematic approach to evaluate its roadway network and plan for future maintenance. The selected contractor will manage the project by conducting a kick-off meeting with city staff, coordinating with Public Works and Clayton County GIS staff, and developing a detailed project schedule. The scope of work requires a complete roadway inventory, data collection, and physical assessment. The agency requires the identification of roadway names, segment boundaries, and classifications as arterial, collector, or local. The assessment must identify specific pavement distresses, including alligator cracking, longitudinal and transverse cracking, block cracking, rutting, potholes, and surface ravelling. Eligibility is limited to onshore United States organizations only. The agency will allow the performance of the work to take place offsite.
