Systems Integration Software Solution and Services

The City of Anaheim is seeking a systems integration software solution and services to securely connect disparate information systems and databases, primarily on-premises. The agency needs to solve the challenge of integrating multiple utility and communication platforms, including customer information, utility billing, advanced meter infrastructure, meter data management, field service work orders, outage management, text messaging, and internal and external file transfers. The selected solution must feature a no-code or low-code application and interface development tool, alongside a queuing and message broker platform. The scope of work requires the provider to implement the solution on-premises within the city and E-SCADA Anaheim network environments. The provider must design the systems architecture and migrate all existing integrations to the new platform. The requested software must be capable of calling or being called by web services, accessing databases, parsing data files, performing programming logic and data manipulation, transferring files, and sending emails. The agency requires an annual maintenance and support service program that delivers software updates, technical support, documentation, and knowledge articles. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of the work will take place offsite. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than May 26, 2026.
