The agency is seeking to procure and deploy an Automated License Plate Recognition camera system to enhance public safety, support investigative operations, and improve situational awareness. The system must capture high-resolution vehicle images and license plate data during both day and night using infrared or equivalent illumination technology. The agency requires secure network communications using TLS 1.2 or higher, certificate-based authentication, and a web-based or mobile-enabled software platform with role-based access controls. The requested software platform must comply with federal, state, and local data protection requirements and support Multi-Factor Authentication for administrative and law enforcement users. Law enforcement personnel require the ability to search captured data using full or partial plate numbers, date and time ranges, geographic locations, or other metadata while preserving original capture data integrity. The system must also provide administrative monitoring tools, real-time connectivity alerts, public records request support, and automated alerts for watchlist detections. The agency requires integration with existing law enforcement systems, such as Fusus, Computer-Aided Dispatch, Records Management Systems, or other public safety platforms using industry-standard APIs. Only USA-based organizations are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The performance of the contract work will take place offsite, and bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online.
