This system must establish a proactive, data-driven approach to managing safety across all agency operations, specifically identifying, evaluating, and mitigating safety risks associated with bus and light rail services. The agency needs to solve challenges related to regulatory compliance, operational safety, vendor oversight, cybersecurity, data privacy, and audit readiness across federal, state, and local requirements. The scope of work covers incident tracking, inspections, observations, corrective actions, hazard management, and non-revenue operations. The hosting environment must meet industry standards for data security, system availability, reliability, data backup, and disaster recovery, with specific requirements for data storage locations. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite over a contract period of five years.
