Website Design, Development, Hosting, Implementation, Migration and Support Service Using WordPress and Drupal CMS

The agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive website design, development, hosting, implementation, migration, and support services. The project aims to solve the problem of outdated web infrastructure by establishing a modern, responsive website optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. The selected platform must utilize a secure, scalable, and enterprise-capable content management system, specifically highlighting WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, or an equivalent system, that allows non-technical internal staff to easily manage content updates. The scope of work covers user experience strategy, user interface design, accessibility-compliant design adhering to WCAG 2.1 or later standards, and search engine optimization improvements. The agency requires the migration of existing content, configuration and customization of the content management system, potential integration with customer relationship management systems, fast page load speeds, and secure hosting. All performance of the work will occur offsite. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States.
