RFI for Investment Data Platform

The issuing agency is seeking information regarding modern data platform capabilities to support its investment, accounting, operations, performance, and risk reporting needs through a centralized, governed investment data platform. The agency requires a solution that defines a data strategy and addresses platform architecture and integration, including support for batch and streaming ingestion, scheduling, schema evolution, metadata harvesting, and error handling. Additionally, the agency needs features for data governance, data quality profiling, end-to-end data lineage with column-level traceability, master data management for golden records, and various data consumption options for analytics and reporting. The agency is requesting descriptions of project management methodologies, requirements gathering, scoping, implementation phases, and collaboration strategies. The desired approach must preserve agency ownership of key decisions while establishing administrative tools for monitoring, scaling, permissions, pipelines, and cost governance. Eligible respondents must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of the requested work will take place offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to understand budget parameters, and all questions regarding this request must be submitted no later than May 29, 2026.
