Ireland - RFI for Case Management System

The issuing agency in Ireland is seeking a Case Management System to record and report on detected infringements. The agency needs a platform that integrates with its existing Digital Inspection System, which is a Power Platform application hosted on Azure Infrastructure. The system must provide an overview of all historic and new infringements, allowing users to modify the data presentation using filters. The agency requires the system to be developed using its currently supported technology stack of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics, hosted within the Microsoft Azure environment. The architecture must meet cybersecurity, governance, and data protection requirements. The system must also integrate with modern reporting and analytical tools, such as Power BI, and allow control over user access to these reports. The agency requires the ability to set permissions on a case-by-case basis, as well as within a case, to restrict certain users to viewing or editing only specific aspects of a case. Eligible bidders must be onshore and located in Ireland only. The performance of the work will take place offsite, and bidders can submit their responses digitally via email or online. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget.
