Ireland - Enterprise-Grade Digital Preservation System Supply, Implementation, Licensing, Support and Maintenance Service

The National Archives of Ireland is seeking an enterprise-grade digital preservation system to protect digital content against technological obsolescence and data degradation. The agency requires a Software as a Service solution that supports automated and policy-driven preservation actions. The system must integrate seamlessly with the existing Microsoft 365 environment, including SharePoint Online and Microsoft Purview retention labels, as well as the corporate archival cataloguing system, Axiell. The scope of work covers the supply, implementation, licensing, support, and maintenance of the digital preservation system. The selected vendor must perform all work offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore entities located in Ireland only. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project.
