Online Intervention Program Grade K-12 Solution

The agency is seeking an online intervention program for grades K-12 that allows students to work independently at their own level of proficiency. The system must include an initial placement test or diagnostic assessment to provide targeted instruction and practice opportunities, such as phonemic awareness and phonics activities. To ensure accessibility, the solution must feature text-to-speech capabilities and provide age-appropriate content regardless of a student's literacy level. Teachers and administrators require the capability to track student progress, monitor participation, and access reports showing student growth and areas needing reinforcement. The platform must offer role-based access levels for designated district and school personnel. Students must be able to access the program from home computers and mobile devices. The system must interoperate with student information systems and import data from other district-level systems, including Infinite Campus, the district data dashboard, and other education data warehouses. These data imports and synchronizations must occur automatically on a nightly basis. The selected provider must include all software, material, and program updates at no additional cost and specify the frequency of these updates. Eligible bidders must perform all work offsite within the United States. The agency is requesting budget proposals for a contract period of one year.
