Early Literacy Intervention Tool

The agency is seeking an early literacy intervention tool that utilizes automated, computerized, or other augmented methods to support early reading skills. This tool must support implementation alongside tier 1 high-quality instructional materials and include language support for emergent bilingual and multilingual learners. The selected provider must deliver ongoing, differentiated implementation support to districts, which includes monitoring access and usage to ensure compliance with program requirements. The scope of work requires instructional mastery dashboards accessible at the student, classroom, campus, district, and state levels to inform instruction and monitor usage. The requested products must show evidence of effectiveness, ease of district implementation, and ease of progress monitoring. Additionally, the tool must include built-in accessibility features to support access and usage by all students, including those with disabilities. Eligibility is restricted to onshore providers within the United States, and the performance of the work will be offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is looking for budget proposals to determine the cost. The contract period will run for one year.
