SAP S/4 HANA Implementation Project Assurance and Quality Assurance Services

A government authority in Sacramento, California is seeking independent project assurance and quality assurance services to support its internal audit services. The agency needs to monitor, evaluate, and advise on all aspects of its enterprise-wide transformation from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. This engagement will span the full transformation lifecycle and requires real-time review activities conducted as deliverables are developed. The selected partner must examine relevant documentation, interview key stakeholders, and provide interim feedback to the Internal Audit Department at least on a bi-weekly basis regarding observed improvement opportunities and top risks. The scope of work involves real-time reviews of a sample of project deliverables, processes, and controls as artifacts are produced. Additionally, the agency requires reviews of strategies and plans related to data migration, rollout and go-live, business continuity, training, and security to ensure appropriate risk management. The agency also requires verification that change control practices are followed and that project documentation remains current, comprehensive, and auditable. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency expects the performance of the work to occur offsite, and bidders may submit their proposals digitally via email or online.
