RFI for Artist Residency Program Service

The agency is seeking an artist residency program service to beautify public parking spaces through arts-based solutions. The selected artist will design and lead activities to gather input from residents, ensuring that the resulting designs reflect community stories and voices. These community insights will inform the development of preliminary design concepts for wayfinding and placemaking interventions. The scope of work covers public art, community engagement, and site-specific design. The artist will design, fabricate, and install creative solutions to complete four murals and wayfinding element projects. All performance of the work must take place onsite at the designated project locations. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals and has not disclosed a specific budget. Bidders must submit all questions no later than June 15, 2026, and the agency will hold a pre-proposal meeting on June 10, 2026.
