Pressure Washing Services

The Winston-Salem Forsyth County Utilities Commission in North Carolina is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive pressure washing services. The agency needs to remove stains, dirt, dust, deposits, efflorescence, calcium carbonate build-up, unauthorized paint marks, moss, and other discolorations from exposed concrete, painted steel, and other surfaces. The project covers cleaning all exposed exterior surfaces for the designated water and wastewater storage tanks, as well as specified interior surfaces. The selected contractor must contain and dispose of all wastewater containing cleaning agents in a safe and approved manner. The agency requires the contractor to schedule and attend an onsite pre-cleaning meeting with the owner and engineer before beginning any physical work. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to submit proposals for this onsite performance contract. The agency will host a mandatory pre-proposal site visit on June 02, 2026, to allow interested parties to inspect the facilities. The agency is currently looking for proposals and has not disclosed a specific budget range. Evaluation of proposals will depend on the submissions received, and all work must be performed directly on the agency's site.
