Janitorial Services

The City of Sarasota, Florida, is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial, sanitation, custodial, and related support services. The agency needs to maintain its city-owned parks, buildings, facilities, public restrooms, public pools, administrative offices, the employee medical health center, and public works and utilities operations. This procurement addresses the ongoing need for clean, sanitary, and well-maintained municipal environments across these diverse public and administrative locations. The scope of work covers all standard cleaning and sanitation duties required to keep the designated facilities in a hygienic condition. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. Although the facilities are located in Sarasota, the agency indicates that performance of the work will be offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this contract. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 12, 2026. The agency will host a pre-bid meeting on June 8, 2026, to discuss the requirements with interested parties.
