Continuing Construction Services

The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority is seeking a vendor to provide continuing construction services for a government authority located in Florida. The selected contractor must deliver design-build services, which require both design and preconstruction services. The primary objective is to coordinate with ongoing Aviation Authority projects while maintaining strict safety protocols and obtaining necessary security clearances and badges. The scope of work covers the development of design documents, updated schedules, cost estimates, and construction phasing plans. The contractor must prepare and submit all contract documents, including shop drawings, complete as-builts, closeout documents, and warranties. Additionally, the selected partner must prepare and submit all permit applications to the authorities having jurisdiction and arrange for the payment of associated fees. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The physical performance of the construction and design work will take place offsite. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is currently looking for proposals to determine the project cost. The agency has scheduled a pre-bid meeting for May 26, 2026, to discuss the project requirements. Bidders must submit all questions regarding the solicitation no later than June 2, 2026.
