Urban Design Master Planning Services

The government authority in Georgia is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive urban design master planning services for a local neighborhood. The agency is offering a contract period of one year for the performance of these services. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the performance of the work to be completed offsite, and bidders can submit their responses digitally via email or online. While the agency is looking for budget proposals from bidders rather than providing a set budget, all clarifying questions must be submitted no later than June 5, 2026.
