Operating Supportive Housing Program Facility Services

The Camden, New Jersey government authority is seeking a vendor to provide operating supportive housing program facility services. The facility is a purpose-built, non-congregate property offering sixty residential units, each featuring private access, a bedroom, living area, bathroom, and kitchenette. Shared amenities at the site include conference rooms, community space, hoteling offices for service providers, and a warming kitchen to support daily living and programming needs. The scope of work covers operational requirements, program design and housing structure, and the development of policies and procedures. The selected vendor must also deliver case management, supportive services, food services, and transportation. The agency requires the performance of this work to be conducted offsite at the vendor's own office location. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for May 27, 2026, and bidders must submit all questions no later than June 3, 2026.
