RENT Fund Program Administration Service

The City of Providence, Rhode Island, is seeking a vendor to administer its Rent Fund program. This crisis intervention program stabilizes households facing temporary financial hardship and resolves short-term financial crises that create an imminent risk of housing loss. The selected administrator will bridge temporary affordability gaps to prevent or forestall eviction or foreclosure for local residents. The scope of work covers program operations, financial assistance administration, and housing stabilization services. The administrator must also handle compliance, reporting, financial controls, and risk management. Performance of all contracted work will take place offsite over a one-year contract period. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency is looking for budget proposals from bidders to determine the cost of these services.
