Web-Based Vanpool Operations and Management Platform

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a web-based vanpool operations and management platform to support the daily administration of participating vanpools. This platform must handle vehicle leasing, rider management, centralized billing, fuel card administration, and reporting through a web-based portal or mobile application. The selected provider will deliver customer support for platform, billing, and rider issues, while also assigning a dedicated account representative for ongoing contract administration. The scope of work requires the provider to maintain a customer support system within the platform for resolving vehicle, billing, and service issues. The agency requires administrative access to ridership, billing, and reporting information, along with monthly and annual reports to support its subsidy program. Additionally, the provider must supply vehicles through month-to-month rental agreements, offer vehicle maintenance services, share approved parking location details, and issue one fuel card per vehicle. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The provider will perform all work offsite under a contract lasting for a period of one year.
