Property Vendor Management Solution

The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to administer and manage a Property Vendor Management Service (PVMS) for remediation and construction contractors across Canada. This solution must maintain an active contractor network and deliver related services to support the agency's business operations. The selected provider must develop and maintain robust information security policies, standards, and procedures to protect facilities, operations, and personal information. The scope of work requires the implementation of administrative, technical, organizational, and physical safeguards in accordance with industry best practices. These safeguards must ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of all information while protecting against anticipated threats, hazards, loss, or unauthorized access. The performance of all contracted work will take place offsite. Only organizations based onshore in Canada are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this procurement no later than June 5, 2026.
