Endpoint security and management tasks involve replacing Windows 10 workstations that are incompatible with Windows 11 and implementing Intune device management with automated patching. Cybersecurity enhancements require the deployment of the Ironscales phishing protection and simulation platform alongside Bitwarden Enterprise Password Manager for key staff. Ongoing support services must include proactive monitoring, backup verification, network reporting, and annual IT review, budgeting, and planning support. Eligibility is restricted to onshore US organizations. The agency allows offsite performance for the requested work.
