Graphic Design and GIS Services

The scope of work includes developing content, visualizations, videos, graphics, maps, editable templates, materials, presentations, and digital or printed reports. The agency requires the creation of marketing materials such as email marketing, flyers, brochures, infographics, press packets, and campaign videos. The vendor must conceptualize visuals and data dashboards, test video and graphics across various media, and amend designs after feedback to ensure they are visually appealing and on-brand. To produce the final designs, the provider must utilize supportive copywriters and creative directors, who should be in-house or subcontracted into the vendor's network. The project also demands geographic information systems maps for various projects, which includes producing data layers, maps, tables, or reports using spatial analysis procedures. The agency expects the design of graphic representations of geographic information systems data using hardware, software, and other integrated systems to create visually digestible dashboards. The provider must also offer technical expertise in geographic information systems technology, mapping capabilities, and integration recommendations. Bidders must perform all work onsite and must be located onshore within the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this opportunity.
