Bus Stop Cleaning Services

The Corpus Christi Regional Transportation Authority is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive bus stop cleaning services in Corpus Christi, Texas. The agency requires all bus stops to remain in a clean, safe, and well-maintained condition at all times. To achieve this standard, the contractor must visit each bus stop as often as necessary each week to meet the required service levels. The scope of work covers keeping all work areas entirely free of litter, debris, waste materials, turf clippings, hazardous materials, glass, graffiti, cigarette butts, and similar items. The contractor must remove and properly dispose of all collected waste at their own expense. The agency's Project Manager will inspect all completed work to determine project acceptability. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations based in the United States, and the performance of the work must occur onsite at the bus stops. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget. The agency has scheduled a pre-bid meeting for June 2, 2026, and bidders must submit all questions no later than June 9, 2026.
