Digital Curbside and Directories Supplies

The regional government authority in Texas is seeking a vendor to provide digital curbside and directories supplies. The agency requires complete, working audiovisual systems to improve its digital signage and communication infrastructure. This project covers the delivery of input source devices, signal transportation infrastructure, signaling and control devices, and output display devices. The requested scope of work encompasses cabling, Direct-View LED displays, custom mounting structures, mounting hardware, and LED controller equipment. The selected provider must also deliver all associated accessories, software, licensing, and services necessary to ensure a fully operational system. Performance of all related work must take place onsite at the agency's designated Texas location. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and financial structure of the contract. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this procurement no later than June 5, 2026.
