Fishing Pier and Parking Lot Improvements Service

The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control is seeking a vendor to perform fishing pier and parking lot improvements in Dover, Delaware. The project addresses the need for upgraded recreational infrastructure and improved public access at the specified site. The selected contractor will install steel pipe piles in the river and assemble a pre-manufactured aluminum fishing pier onto those new piles. The scope of work also requires the renovation of an existing gravel parking lot into a paved lot. To complete the parking lot upgrade, the contractor must install site lighting, signing, and striping. All performance of the work will take place offsite at the designated location in Dover.
