Wildfire Analysis and Assessment Service

The City of Pocatello, Idaho, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive wildfire analysis and assessment service. The agency requires a wildfire vulnerability assessment and analysis, a prioritized mitigation assessment, and a prioritization and mitigation plan to address local wildfire risks. This project aims to improve integration with large-scale risk analyses, including insurance company risk modeling and multi-state strategic initiatives. The scope of work requires a parcel-by-parcel vulnerability assessment that evaluates on-the-ground conditions. The selected vendor must deliver maps, graphics, simulation models, and visualizations that integrate with planning and mapping software and support community outreach and education. The final system must also accept ongoing hardening and mitigation progress data to continuously refine the wildfire analysis. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States of America. The agency allows the performance of the work to occur either onsite or offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget, and all questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than June 01, 2026.
