Street Transformation Service

The government authority in Louisville, Kentucky is seeking a vendor to provide street transformation planning and engineering design services. The agency needs to solve urban transit and infrastructure challenges by establishing a preferred street alternative based on a comprehensive needs and impact assessment. The selected partner will develop a work plan document, conduct an existing conditions analysis, and identify specific needs, issues, impacts, goals, and assessment criteria. The scope of work requires the creation of preliminary design documents, an environmental review, and a quality assurance and quality control plan. The agency requires all performance of the work to occur onsite in Louisville. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore, United States organizations. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 9, 2026. The agency will host a pre-bid meeting on May 26, 2026 to discuss the project requirements.
