Inmate Tracking System

The issuing agency is seeking an inmate tracking system that integrates with their current system, stores and manages comprehensive inmate profiles, and provides real-time tracking capabilities. The system must store personal details, booking information, medical records, behavioral history, and visitation history while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality through secure protocols. The agency requires real-time monitoring of inmate locations within the facility based on assigned locations, as well as tracking of movements outside the facility during transport to court or doctor appointments. The requested system must automatically note when an inmate is out of their cell if they are assigned to a temporary location during security checks, rounds, or meals. It must also allow staff to establish rules on inmate movement that trigger notifications if an inmate remains out of their housing unit for too long. Additionally, the system must support display monitors at each housing unit entrance to provide a clear visual of inmates authorized to be out of the pod, including their identification and assigned activity. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based only in the United States. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget.
