Project Risk Management Services

The New York government authority is seeking on-call project risk management and related support services for various agency facilities. The agency needs to identify, score, and manage project risks associated with the development and delivery of both capital and non-capital projects. To solve these risk management challenges, the agency requires engineering documentation reviews, cost estimate and schedule reviews, and the preparation of project lessons learned reports. The scope of work covers conducting project risk assessment workshops, performing risk analysis and risk modeling, and hosting risk mitigation workshops. The selected vendor must prepare risk assessment reports, document findings, and recommend improvements to the agency's existing risk assessment processes, procedures, and reporting efforts. Additionally, the agency requires the vendor to perform risk assessment training and mentoring for stakeholders as appropriate. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted onsite at the designated agency facilities. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has scheduled a virtual pre-bid meeting for June 1, 2026.
