Culturally Integrated Climate Resilient Planning for Properties Services

The government authority located in Washington is seeking a vendor to provide culturally integrated climate resilient planning for properties services. The agency needs to collect field data regarding the location, extent, and characteristics of critical areas, including wetlands, aquifer recharge areas, frequently flooded areas, riparian areas, geologically hazardous areas, and fish and wildlife habitat conservation areas. The selected contractor must conduct a topographic survey of the site and author a Topographic Survey Report detailing existing conditions. The required report will exclude Tribal historic and pre-historic concerns, which the Tribe will assess through separate, Tribal-led studies.
