The Snohomish County Public Utility District in Everett, Washington is seeking commercial energy efficiency services specifically targeting the grocery refrigeration sector. Specifically, the selected vendor must prepare Tier 1 and Tier 2 facilities to implement the State Department of Ecology Refrigerant Management Program and the State Department of Commerce Clean Buildings Act requirements. The scope of work requires a customer-centric value proposition marketing approach that emphasizes inventory loss reduction, increased equipment life, and lower energy consumption.
