Bridge Management System

The agency is seeking a Bridge Management System to streamline bridge asset management and support long-term operational efficiency at a reduced cost. The agency needs to address the increasing costs and operational constraints associated with its existing BrM software. To resolve these issues, the agency requires a compatible system that integrates agency-collected bridge inspection data from its existing InspectX software with minimal redundant processes and data entry. The project covers implementing a system that maintains a complete statewide bridge inventory and imports external agency-collected bridge inspection data. The system must provide reportable analysis and solutions based on bridge condition, deficiencies, and life cycle performance. Through this system, the agency aims to develop cost-effective improvements and long-term investment strategies to manage bridges, culverts, and other ancillary structure assets based on life cycle performance and budget constraints. Bidders must perform all work offsite and must be located onshore within the United States. The agency is requesting proposals to determine the budget for this initiative. The contract period will span one year, and bidders must submit all questions no later than June 3, 2026. Bidders may submit their responses digitally via email or online.
