Asset Management System Professional Consulting Services

The issuing agency is seeking professional consulting services on an as-needed basis to support its Cityworks asset management system. This system handles Part 139 inspections, tracking, and reporting, manages Safety Management Systems reporting and inspections, and serves as the computerized maintenance management system for asset maintenance teams. The agency needs to optimize its existing systems and processes, support team members working with Cityworks and GIS, and plan for upcoming software transitions before respective sundowning dates. The scope of work covers evaluating existing Cityworks Office systems and processes for both administrative and end users, followed by issuing a summary report with recommendations for improvements and additional modules. The selected partner must recommend timelines and milestones for transitioning to Cityworks Respond and Trimble Unity, and support the agency team during these transitions and subsequent module deployments. Additional tasks include providing day-to-day Cityworks support, executing GIS enterprise portal upgrades to maintain compatibility, and identifying processes to transition Crystal Reports to Active Reports. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires all performance of the work to be conducted offsite.
