Trimble Unity Maintain Implementation Solution

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive Trimble Unity Maintain implementation solution for its regional conveyance system. This project aims to centralize maintenance activities, work management, and asset-related documentation to support conveyance operations, maintenance, regulatory compliance, performance monitoring, and long-term capital improvement planning. The selected vendor will conduct workflow and process mapping to document current practices, identify gaps, and design standardized maintenance, inspection, and work management processes for the future system. The scope of work covers requirements development, system configuration, asset hierarchy and workflow setup, testing, training, and go-live support. The agency requires the migration of asset data, maintenance histories, inspection records, and related information from existing maintenance systems, inspection tools, and spreadsheets. To ensure readiness for migration, the vendor must perform data cleanup, normalization, and reconciliation of asset identifiers across systems. The project also requires the integration of Trimble Unity Maintain with GIS and adjacent systems, including the definition of clear system boundaries and responsibilities between Unity Maintain and ArcGIS Enterprise. The vendor must support change-management and user-adoption activities to ensure a smooth transition to the new system. Additionally, the agency expects the solution to improve and standardize inspection, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency maintenance planning and execution processes. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget.
