Airtable Assessment and Optimization Consultant Solutions

The issuing agency is seeking an onshore, United States-based consultant to assess and optimize its current Airtable system. The agency needs to centralize its data, improve reporting capabilities, and minimize its current reliance on external tools like Google Sheets for budget and payment tracking. The existing Airtable setup currently supports team member tracking, vendor management, contracts and grants, invoice tracking, staff reimbursement requests, subgrantee interim and final report tracking, and inventory management. The selected consultant must review the current base structure and workflows to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and gaps. The scope of work requires the consultant to recommend improvements for usability and scalability, and to propose a structure that integrates financial tracking, such as account codes and grant allocations, directly within Airtable. Additionally, the consultant must gather and incorporate feature needs from team members working outside of the operations department, including the press and communications teams. The project requires redesigning and refining the Airtable bases, tables, and relationships, as well as supporting the migration of relevant data from Google Sheets. The consultant must build an integrated financial tracking system and develop dashboards and views that provide clear insights into budgets, expenses, contracts, and payments. The final system must support cross-team workflows and appropriate user permissions. All performance of the work will take place offsite. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or through an online portal. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost.
