Cloud-Based Laboratory Information Management System Implementation Solution

The agency is seeking a provider to deliver and implement a comprehensive, cloud-based Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) under a Software as a Service (SaaS) model. The agency needs to solve the challenge of managing complex laboratory data by deploying a fully capable, out-of-the-box solution that requires only configuration rather than custom development. The system must integrate electronically with external solutions currently supporting the facility, specifically Hach WIMS and ArcGIS. The scope of work covers the provision of all software required for a complete and operable system, along with data migration services and instrument parsing setup and support. The selected provider must also deliver project management, warranties, maintenance contracts, and ongoing support services. Performance of all requested work will take place offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. Bidders must also possess a proven track record of providing cloud-based LIMS to laboratories serving large water utilities or similarly complex and comprehensive testing facilities. The agency is looking for proposals to establish the budget for this initiative. The resulting contract period will span one year.
