City Hall IT Room Upgrades Service

The City of Norwalk, Connecticut, is seeking a vendor to perform IT room upgrades at City Hall. The agency requires the construction of new partitions to establish dedicated conference, office, and storage rooms. To facilitate these layout changes, the selected contractor must remove and legally dispose of selective gypsum wall framing and doors. The scope of work covers the installation of new gypsum board framed walls, doors, finishes, and a new accessible ramp with compliant railings. The contractor must also relocate or provide necessary light fixtures and sprinkler heads within the modified spaces. The relocation and modification of the mechanical air supply and return system is excluded from this contract and will be completed by others. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The performance of the work will take place offsite. The agency has not provided a set budget and is looking for cost proposals from interested bidders. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted no later than June 9, 2026.
